  • Donations can be made when you sign up or a class, as well as from the reminder email that you will receive prior to your class.

    You can also donate by signing up for our on demand membership, or by clicking the donate button at the end of this page.

  • No suggestion, pay what you can.

  • Yes. Every last cent besides the small percentages that Paypal & Venmo take.

  • Currently there are between 1-2 Live classes taught per week

  • When you sign up for our On Demand Membership you will receive access to a small digital library of pre recordid pilates mat classes. Classes will range from prop free classe to Classe that utilize various pilates props.

  • You will be charged a donation fee of $20 USD per month (Yes, even the digital membership fee will be donated monthly.)

  • We love props for class, although we do offer prop less classes as well. Here is a list of the props we love with links to purchase:

    Pilates Mat- You want a thicker mat for Pilates to help cushion all your bones

    Pilates Ball- Keep your ball slightly deflated

    Theraband- Long bands about your height in length is ideal

    Light Hand Weights- I love these to help work on grip strength but any light hand weights will do

    Resistance Loop

    Foam Roller- Preferably the longer foam roller so your spine can be fully supported

    Pilates Ring- Rarely used as not everyone has one

    The Center CT: Formerly known as the Danbury Women’s Shelter, The Center for Empowerment and education helps provide services to victims of domestic and sexual violence within Northern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield county.
